Address Verification: If your package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, we will promptly reach out to you via email or phone to verify the shipping address. Refund Option: Should we fail to receive a response regarding address verification within 7 days, a refund will be issued for the total order amount, minus the initial shipping costs. Reshipment Option: Alternatively, if you prefer to have your package reshipped, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Please note that in such cases, an additional reshipping fee will be required prior to shipping. This fee covers the costs associated with reprocessing and resending your order to the updated and verified address.
