  • Customized orders take 7-14 business days to create and ship. You will receive an email when your order has been received, when it has processed, and when it ships. We ship via USPS and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please be advised that we have no control over orders that are lost or late once they leave our office. If you believe your order is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly for additional assistance: USPS file a claim.
